I am a creative and happy sommelier who loves animals and nature. If you don't find me in Lilla Lyngabo, you'll probably find me on the back of my horse or by the sea.                                                                                                            
Until 2014 I ran the restaurant Heagårds Skafferi together with the Torstensson siblingsI had to use and develop many skills, in addition to traditional work in a  restaurant, during my 11 years at Heagårds Skafferi. I have now used those skills building up my new company.

Creative creation and thinking is an ongoing process in me.
I always look at the hole picture and can easily visualize my thoughts and ideas
in everything I work with.
Working sustainably and reusing things is important to me.
I constantly find new uses for old things and never sacrifice the quality of ingredients in my cooking.

For me it's the details that make the big difference, and make it possible to enjoy with all the senses, preferably at the same time.
