I LOVE WORKING WITH DETAILS AND THINGS THAT ARE GENUINE

All food is prepared from scratch, primarily using crops from my own garden and from neighboring farms.
I like to cook vegetarian and prefer to use honey and dates as sweeteners instead of refined sugar. All meat that I use comes from animals that live their life outside, with acces to indoor lying area. Primarily from my sisters farm Linnebergs gard where she breeds organic grass-fed cattle of the breed Belted Galloway, which are roaming beautiful nature pastures. I also like using meat from game.
