FIND SOMETHING YOU COULD DIE FOR, AND LIVE FOR IT.

I am a creative and happy sommelier who loves animals and nature. If you can't find me in Lilla Lyngabo, I can probably be found on the back of my horsee or by the sea. Until 2014, I ran the restaurant Heagårds Skafferi together with the Torstensson siblings. I got to hone and develop many skills in addition to traditional restaurant work during my 11 years at Heagårds Skafferi. With these combined experiences, I have now created my new company. Creative creation and thinking is a constantly ongoing process in me. I always look at the big picture and find it easy to visualize my thoughts and ideas in everything I work on. Working sustainably and reusing things is important to me. I constantly find new uses for old things and never compromise on the quality of the ingredients in my cooking.
