I LOVE WORKING WITH DETAILS AND THE GENUINELY AUTHENTIC.

All food is prepared from scratch, preferably using crops from my own garden and from neighboring farms. I like to cook vegetarian and prefer to use honey and dates as sweeteners instead of refined sugar. The meat I use comes from animals that roam freely in pastures and forests, my sister Matilda at Linnebergsgård is the main supplie. She breeds organic grass-fed cattle of the breed Belted Galloway. I also like using meat from game.
